My name is Arlin and I've been in the "social anxiety space" for over a decade.
I have a master's in clinical psychology (but again, can't offer therapy).
In the past, I volunteered with the 7 Cups of Tea platform as a volunteer listener.

Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my session?
Coaching IS NOT covered by Teachable's 30-day student refund policy. As such, I cannot offer refunds. However, if you are unhappy with something, let me know and I'll work to fix it.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing a session, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
Can I purchase more than one session?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of more than one, simply purchase another session.
